First, the tools needed for cleaning preparation; high-pressure water gun, cleaning tools, rubber gloves, screwdriver, wrench, rag, alcohol, spray bottle, goggles, positive and negative electrode regulator, cleaning tank for immersion electric field, etc.
1. Cut off the power
Turn off oil smoke purifier power supply.
Although the power switch of the machine is turned off, there may still be electricity in the electrical box. Therefore, before performing equipment maintenance, be sure to turn off the main power supply switch outside the equipment. Do not operate with electricity to ensure the safety of the cleaning personnel.
After opening the equipment's inspection door, before pulling out the electric field, discharge the residual charge in the electric field. (First use a screwdriver to discharge the residual charge in the electric field. The specific operation is to hold the insulated handle of the screwdriver, and use the metal part of the screwdriver to short-circuit the positive and negative electrodes of one of the cylinders in the electric field.
While the user is cleaning the electric field, it is necessary to strictly clean the oil stains inside the machine box on time to prevent the breeding of fire hazards.
2. Remove the electric field
After cutting off the power, unscrew the fixing bolts and remove the electric field. When the electric field is about to be pulled out, hold the end with your hand to prevent sudden detachment and damage to the electric field. (Note that the electric field should be handled with care, and cannot be squeezed or dropped heavily).
3. Electric field cleaning and soaking
Add clean water to the prepared cleaning tank, the water should be able to cover the electric field, add detergent to the water, and immerse the electric field in the water. The soaking time should not be too long to avoid corrosion of the electric field.
4. Air dry
