Utilizing mass transfer double-film theory, a combination of physical and chemical methods, a mechatronics product; strictly speaking, it shouldn't be called an oil fume purifier, but rather an oil fume purification machine is more reasonable.
This product can achieve a 90% oil fume removal rate, meeting the requirements of GB18483-2001. It uses a special cleaning agent to enhance the mass transfer driving force between the gas and liquid phases, enabling rapid capture of oil fume and other particles in the gas phase; simultaneously, it utilizes the negative pressure generated by its own exhaust fan to create a liquid droplet layer approximately 600mm thick (liquid droplet diameter 1.5mm) to perform washing-type purification of the oil fume gas. This is roughly equivalent to the purification effect of a 600-meter natural rainfall layer. Oil removal rate: 90%, black smoke particulate removal rate: 90%, dust and other impurities removal rate: 90%, various odor removal rate: 70%, blue smoke (chemical gel) removal rate: 60%. The product requires wastewater discharge and the addition of a specialized cleaning agent every 2-3 days of use. The product operates stably, has a long service life, and is fireproof.
