Dry cleaning steps and power readjustment steps for the oil fume purifier:

  1. Open the equipment electrical box door, turn off the power switch, and then open the equipment electric field compartment door. There are multiple purification electric fields (purification drawers) inside the equipment, and the spacing between the plates in each electric field is different. They are arranged in order from large spacing to small spacing. When cleaning for the first time, use ink or paint to number the outer frame of the electric field 1, 2, 3..., to facilitate reinstallation and readjustment of power usage after cleaning.
  2. Gently pull out one section of the electric field (purification drawer), use a screwdriver to short-circuit the positive and negative poles of the electric field to discharge, and then remove the high-voltage wire from the electric field before completely pulling out the electric field (Note: This step only applies to A/B/C type purifiers; H type purifiers can be completely pulled out directly without discharging).
  3. Prepare a putty knife or blade and gently scrape off the oil stains on the electric field plates. It's okay if it's not completely clean; just scrape off most of the oil stains.
  4. When scraping off the oil stains, pay attention to the force and do not damage or deform the electric field plates. If you accidentally deform the electric field plates, restore them after scraping off the oil stains.
  5. Visually inspect the cleaned electric field for any abnormalities. If there are any abnormalities, adjust or restore them, then place each electric field back into the purifier as it was originally, and close the equipment electric field compartment door.
  6. Turn the power adjustment knob below the power box counterclockwise to the minimum, then close the power switch, and then slowly adjust the power adjustment knob below the power box clockwise to the middle position. A "hissing, buzzing" sound or intermittent "clicking" sound from the electric field inside the equipment is normal. The adjustment is complete at this point.
  7. If you hear a continuous "clicking" sound from the electric field inside the equipment, this is abnormal. Adjust the power adjustment knob below the power box counterclockwise slightly to eliminate the continuous "clicking" sound. If the problem persists, turn off the equipment power, re-check the electric field plates, clear the fault, and then repeat the adjustment until it is normal.
  8. After completing the above steps, visually check the purification effect at the pipe discharge port. The purification effect should be significantly improved at this time. If you are not satisfied with the purification effect, you can further adjust the power adjustment knob below the power box corresponding to the first and second electric fields clockwise to the 2/3 position, which can further change the purification efficiency.
