Principle:
Shenzhen Century Bailey oil fume purifier, oil fume purification integrated machine. This product is based on the "two-film theory", a classic theory of mass transfer mechanism, proposed in 1923 by W.G.Whitman and L.K.Lewis. As a theory of interfacial mass transfer kinetics, it well explains the process of liquid absorbent absorbing gaseous absorbate. Gas absorption is the process in which the absorbate in the gas phase is transferred to the liquid phase through interphase transfer. When gas and liquid come into contact, the absorbate molecules move from the gas phase bulk to the gas film surface, then pass through the gas film to the gas-liquid interface by molecular diffusion. At the interface, the absorbate dissolves into the liquid phase, and then passes through the liquid film into the liquid phase bulk by molecular diffusion.

Using a special cleaning agent to enhance the mass transfer kinetics of the two-film between gas and liquid phases, it can quickly capture oil fume and other particles in the gas phase;

At the same time, using the negative pressure generated by its own exhaust fan to produce a liquid film layer of about 600mm thick (droplet diameter 1.5mm) to wash and purify the oil fume gas. It is approximately equivalent to the purification effect of a natural rainfall layer 600 meters high.
