Principle
- This machine adopts the latest design principle - wet liquid droplet washing. According to the two-film theory of mass transfer, it uses a multi-stage differential chemical reaction method to wash, collide and neutralize, adsorb, condense, and filter oil fume gases, purifying harmful substances and fine particulate matter such as oil fume, impurities, and odors produced during cooking.
- Using a special cleaning agent to improve the mass transfer driving force between the gas and liquid phases, it can quickly capture oil fume and other particles in the gas phase.
- At the same time, it utilizes the negative pressure of the exhaust fan to generate a liquid droplet layer of about 2000mm high (liquid droplet diameter of about 1.5mm) to wash and purify the oil fume gas, which is approximately equivalent to the purification effect of a natural rainfall layer 600 meters high.
