Product overview:
Cooking produces oil fumes, water vapor, and heat, which naturally rise to the ceiling hood due to negative pressure in the kitchen. A high-efficiency cyclone separator filter intercepts large particles through collision. The remaining gases are then further separated by centrifugal force using a high-speed rotating mesh, thus effectively purifying the fumes.
